Our cancellation policy is based on the individual activity and the amount of notice provided by the client upon requesting cancellation via phone, email, or our online form.

Single Day Activities

Group Shuttles

  • 24 hours or more: 97%* refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Custom Shuttles

  • 2 weeks or more: 97%* refund

  • 1 week or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 1 week: 0% refund

Group Tours

  • 24 hours or more: 97%* refund

  • Less than 24 hours: 0% refund

Private Tours

  • 2 weeks or more: 97%* refund

  • 1 week or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 1 week: 0% refund

* 3% Non-Refundable Fee

Our tour software retains a 3% credit card processing fee for all cancelled transactions, which is non-refundable.

Multi-Day Activities

Guided Backpacking Trips & Multi-Day Tours

Refunds are issued based on the amount of notice provided by the client prior to the trip departure date.

  • 60 days or more: 90%* refund

  • 30 days or more: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days: 0% refund

* 10% Non-Refundable Fee

We retain a minimum 10% cancellation fee for all cancelled multi-day tours and backpacking trips.
