Whether you’re backpacking the PCT or day hiking the Heather-Maple Pass Loop, our Highway 20 hiker shuttle is the perfect way to experience the best of the North Cascades without a vehicle or having to worry about crowded trailhead parking lots!

Shuttle Details

  • Thursday - Monday: July 5 - September 29

    • 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Mazama to Highway 20 Shuttle

    • 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Highway 20 to Mazama Shuttle

  • Pricing: $50 per hiker (one-way)

  • Minimum: 2 hiker or $100 minimum to operate

  • Capacity: 10 passengers

  • Online reservations required: 24 hours notice

  • Meet-up location: Mazama Trailhead (520 Goat Creek Rd, Mazama, WA 98833)

Mazama to Highway 20: Westbound

  • 7:30 AM: Mazama

  • 8:00 AM: Cutthroat

  • 8:15 AM: Blue Lake

  • 8:25 AM: Bridge Creek

  • 8:35 AM: Rainy Pass

  • 8:50 AM: Easy Pass

Highway 20 to Mazama: Eastbound

  • 3:00 PM: Easy Pass

  • 3:15 PM: Rainy Pass

  • 3:25 PM: Bridge Creek

  • 3:35 PM: Blue Lake

  • 3:40 PM: Sightseeing stop at Washington Pass (20 min)

  • 4:10 PM: Cutthroat

  • 4:30 PM: Mazama

Who should join our shuttle?

Backpackers: $50 per hiker (one-way)

Don’t worry about bringing two cars, doubling up the drive, and worrying about congested trailhead parking lots. We are the “ski lift on wheels” for backpackers in the North Cascades. You can book the Highway 20 Hiker Shuttle for $50 per hiker for one-way service onto Highway 20. We can also assist with custom shuttles upon request starting at $400 for up to 10 hikers at different times or locations.

Trailhead Shuttle Options

  • Highway 20 Shuttle: Available daily for $50 per hiker (one-way)

  • Custom Shuttles: Most trailheads in Mount Baker-Snoqualmie and Okanogan-Wenatchee, which start at $400 for a 4 hour roundtrip based out of Mazama, including Hart’s Pass. Click here to learn more about custom shuttles.

Day Hikers: $100 per hiker (roundtrip)
